informs the User that he is the owner of personal data files registered in the RGPD (General Registry of Data Protection) in which his data are incorporated and are processed in order to provide the requested services and send you information about our company that may be of your interest.
Submission and registration of personal data
The sending of personal data is obligatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by Vilardebó & Mortensen. Likewise, not providing the requested personal data or not accepting the current data protection policy results in the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information about these services.
In accordance with that established in the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of sending personal data, will be incorporated to a file owned by Vilardebó & Mortensen with domicile -, having implemented all the security measures established in the Royal Decree 1720/2007.
Accuracy and veracity of the data provided
The User who sends the information to Vilardebó & Mortensen is solely responsible for the veracity and correction of the data included, exonerating Vilardebó & Mortensen from any responsibility on this subject.
Users guarantee and respond, in any case, to the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration form or subscription.
Vilardebó & Mortensen does not respond to the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and from which another source is indicated, nor does it assume any responsibility regarding hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. Vilardebó & Mortensen is exonerated from liability for any damage or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by Vilardebó & Mortensen provided it comes from sources other than Vilardebó & Mortensen.
Transfer of data to third parties
Vilardebó & Mortensen will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the event of being transferred to a third party, there would be prior information requesting the express consent of the affected party under Art. 6 LOPD.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition
You can direct your communications and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by post to – or to the email: along with proof valid in law, as a photocopy of D.N.I. and indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.
Acceptance and consent
The User declares that he has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to his treatment by Vilardebó & Mortensen, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the present Policy for the Protection of Personal Data.
Changes to this privacy policy
Vilardebó & Mortensen reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments as well as industry practices. In such assumptions, Vilardebó & Mortensen, will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable anticipation to its implementation.
In this sense, we indicate that it has thirty days to indicate, in writing, its refusal to the treatment of data described. If after this deadline has not expressed its dissatisfaction in the indicated sense, it will be understood that it gives its consent to the processing of its personal data in the terms indicated above.
