Decating wine

On 5/11/2016 we bottle our own wine. The bottling process has been carried out today since the period of “sol i serena”, as you call it here, has lasted 3 weeks. We have a cloudy wine with a smell and a BRUTAL taste!

With the transfer of the wine to the bottles, the second phase of the aging process begins: the reductive one (without oxygen).
